- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- Holds an active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Brings prior experience in insurance or sales roles
