Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent - Summary- Serve as an in-office insurance sales agent, providing bilingual (English/Spanish) support to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Develop client relationships and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to the agency’s growth and reputation for exceptional service
- Develop leads and schedule appointments for insurance consultations
- Market insurance products such as auto, home, life, and health policies
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in both English and Spanish
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
