Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent - Summary- Engage with diverse clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Utilize your Spanish and English language skills to effectively communicate complex insurance information.
- Foster strong customer relationships through value-based conversations, follow-up, and ongoing support.
- Contribute to the agency's success by meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional service.
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify individual customer needs and market insurance products and services that best address those needs.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
