Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join a dynamic team in Yuma, AZ. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both Spanish and English and possess an active Property and Casualty Insurance license. As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing customer relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing exceptional service. Working in-office, you will be an essential part of a team focused on delivering value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences while supporting clients in the Yuma, AZ area.
Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and identifying customer insurance needs.
- Market a range of insurance products and services to clients, ensuring the right fit for each individual's situation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing support and retention.
- Follow up with clients to address product questions, policy changes, or additional insurance needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work collaboratively within the office to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive, productive workplace environment.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent role in Yuma, AZ.
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
- Life and Health Insurance license is preferred, or the ability to obtain it.
- Experience in insurance sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or any sales-related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively and relate well to customers from diverse backgrounds.
