Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess customer insurance needs.
- Market a wide range of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
- Assist clients in the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas established by the agency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred; experience in inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is beneficial.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base.
- Property & Casualty insurance license (must obtain within 30 days of hire if not currently held).
- Life & Health insurance license (must obtain within 30 days of hire if not currently held).
