Bilingual Insurance Office Manager - Summary- Full-time, onsite position supporting an insurance agency
- Requires active Florida insurance license: 2-15, 2-20, or 4-40
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- Key liaison between agency, clients, and team members
- Located in Lakewood Ranch, FL, with an inviting community atmosphere
- Establish and maintain strong, positive customer relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in both English and Spanish
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and coverage
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure resources are available to meet customer needs
- Support the agency’s strategic marketing efforts for insurance products and services
- Lead and collaborate with office staff to achieve agency goals
- Maintain a high standard of organization and attention to detail in all office operations
- Base salary in addition to commission and bonus opportunities
