In this full-time role, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for policyholders and prospective customers, offering comprehensive support in both English and Spanish. You will assist clients with inquiries about insurance products, coverage details, claims processing, policy changes, and billing matters. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in both languages will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their insurance options.

Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life/Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with insurance customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across all channels, including in-person, phone, and digital communications
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Guide clients through the insurance review process, educating them on options and helping them make informed choices
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency principal
- Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and required continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Life and Health insurance license preferred
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
