Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative – P&C, Life & Health Licensed Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leveraging bilingual Spanish-English skills to address a broad range of insurance inquiries.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses to provide accurate, needs-based insurance guidance.
- Support the agency’s mission by fostering long-term customer relationships and delivering service excellence.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering questions about insurance availability, policy features, eligibility, and claims.
- Assist clients with policy changes, coverage reviews, billing inquiries, and claims submissions.
- Educate clients about insurance options through a needs-based review process.
- Maintain detailed records and activity reports as required by agency standards.
