Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative – P&C, Life & Health Summary- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service for insurance clients
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
- Support agency growth through client retention and satisfaction
- Engage in value-based conversations to educate clients about insurance options

- Establish and maintain customer relationships with regular follow-ups
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
