Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time, in-office role supporting customers with Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance needs.
- Requires active insurance licenses and bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English or Spanish/Creole.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships through responsive and courteous service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process, ensuring they understand their policies and available coverage.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success with every client interaction.
- Manage multiple tasks, such as processing policy changes, updating customer records, and providing thorough activity reports to the agent.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
