Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary- Provide outstanding customer service to insurance clients, with a focus on Spanish- and English-speaking customers
- Support the agency’s mission of delivering value-based conversations and a remarkable customer experience
- Utilize Property and Casualty license to provide accurate, compliant insurance guidance
- Contribute to agency growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification
- Educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process, guiding them to appropriate coverage
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term agency goals
- Accurately process policy changes, documentation, and updates in a timely manner
- Provide clear and thorough activity reports to the agency owner or agent
- Participate in training and remain current with product changes, licensing, and technical developments
