Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (Mandarin, P&C Licensed) – Summary- Full-time client-facing role in an established insurance agency
- Requires fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license and Life and Health license mandatory
- Blend of in-office and remote work based in Chino Hills, CA
- Focused on client relationship management, customer service, and policy support
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options
- Handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretion and professionalism

- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency principal
