Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative – Licensed, P&C Summary
- Full-time customer service role in a dynamic insurance agency environment
- Serve as a primary contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients
- Utilize active property & casualty and life & health licenses to assist with insurance policies

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and knowledgeable service
- Address customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Provide prompt and accurate information to facilitate policy decisions
- Assist with policy transfers, submissions, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Document client interactions and provide timely reports to agency management
- Remain current on product changes, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver exceptional service
