We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a successful State Farm Agent team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, demonstrating a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, following up as needed to address questions, concerns, or requests.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, eligibility, claim submissions, billing, and other insurance-related matters.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach, helping them make informed decisions that suit their needs.
- Ensure high standards of work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service on a daily basis.
- Utilize organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer requests and maintain effective workflow within the team.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparency and accountability in all interactions.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education relevant to the insurance industry.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (Bilingual - Spanish required).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (prior experience or licensure is an asset but not required).
