Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about insurance policies, leveraging bilingual communication skills to assist both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Utilize an active Property & Casualty license to address policy changes, claims, and coverage questions.
- Work collaboratively with agency team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to resolve issues and provide guidance.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process tailored to each individual.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
- Life and Health license is a plus.
