Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, handling inquiries and providing support in both Spanish and English.
- Utilize your Property and Casualty license to assist customers with policy questions, changes, claims, and coverage options.
- Support agency goals by fostering positive client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client relationships, following up with customers as needed to address concerns or changes in policy.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance eligibility, availability, coverage, policy alterations, transfers, claims submission, and billing clarification.
- Guide customers through insurance options using a needs-based review process, clearly explaining available products and services.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a commitment to daily success and client satisfaction.

- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred.
