Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Deliver exceptional customer service to insurance clients in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize your active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license to address client needs.
- Support agency growth through quality client interactions and value-based consultations.
- Participate in a positive, team-oriented office environment in Albuquerque, NM.

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
