Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Full-time position supporting insurance clients with a focus on customer service excellence
- Requires active Property & Casualty insurance license and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, and policy changes
- Process policy changes, endorsements, transfers, and claim submissions accurately and efficiently
- Educate clients about insurance products using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Clarify billing questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong work ethic and uphold the agency’s commitment to customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all agency procedures, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Life and Health license is a plus
- One year or more of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with technology, including AI and social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
