Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing support in both Spanish and English
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life and Health licenses to manage client policies and address inquiries
- Contribute to an inclusive, fast-paced team environment focused on client satisfaction and agency growth
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, conducting regular follow-ups as necessary
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to organizational success each day
- Maintain detailed and timely activity reports for agent review
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
