Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to daily success
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve office goals
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- Active Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain (required)
- Willingness to obtain Life and Health license
