Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a customer service expert for insurance clients, offering guidance and support in both Spanish and English.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service in response to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions for their needs.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers in identifying the right products and services for their unique circumstances.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively serve a diverse client base.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required to discuss and manage insurance products with clients.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if not already held, supporting a wider range of client needs.
