Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency for insurance-related inquiries.
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) service to ensure broad accessibility and effective communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct needs-based policy reviews to identify and address coverage gaps.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or Life and Health Insurance License prior to start date is required.
- Minimum of one year of job tenure with current employer.
- At least one year of experience in insurance customer service, sales, or as an insurance account representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
