Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a key contact for clients, providing bilingual support in Vietnamese and English.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and policy management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in person and over the phone.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Life and Health license (required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
