Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assistance with insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing
- Educate customers using a needs-based approach to explain insurance products and options
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Multi-task efficiently while handling multiple client requests and administrative tasks

- Stay current with product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses before start date
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
