Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing bilingual customer support in English and Spanish.
- Handle policy inquiries, coverage updates, claims submissions, and billing questions with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Property and Casualty insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).
- Life and Health insurance license (must be able to obtain).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
