Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring prompt follow-up as needed to address client needs and inquiries.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and friendly customer service by responding to questions about insurance product availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about various insurance options, helping them make informed decisions that best fit their personal or business requirements.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to daily success and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough and timely activity reports for the agent, ensuring transparency and accountability in all customer interactions.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education to provide optimal service and remain compliant with industry standards.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Property and Casualty insurance license as required by state regulations.
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license if not already held.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multi-task in a dynamic office environment.
