Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring regular communication and timely follow-up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing issues.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process, helping clients make informed decisions that best suit their circumstances.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a dedicated commitment to achieving daily and long-term agency goals.
- Adhere to all agency and industry standards regarding documentation, compliance, and customer confidentiality.
- Consistently update and maintain accurate records in agency management systems, ensuring all client interactions and transactions are documented thoroughly.
- Work collaboratively with the agent and team members to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products where appropriate.
- Remain current on insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry developments through ongoing education and training.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and problems, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty to the agency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Active Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively assist a diverse client base.
- Prior experience working with State Farm insurance products is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software as needed.
