Bilingual Insurance Agent Trainee Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and fluent Spanish/English Bilingual Insurance Agent Trainee for a full-time, in-office position. Key Responsibilities- Deliver insurance quotes, pricing details, and relevant product information to prospective and existing clients, both in Spanish and English.
- Ensure all quoting procedures and practices adhere strictly to established company and industry compliance guidelines.
- Work diligently to meet new business sales targets by following up on existing leads, developing new leads, and marketing a diverse range of insurance products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented office environment to achieve shared business objectives.
- Continuously build product knowledge and stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and offerings.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain required state insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Outgoing, confident, and assertive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team setting.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth within the insurance sector.
- Ability to pass a credit and background check as part of the licensing process.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or networking is considered a plus, though not required.
