Bilingual Insurance Agent – P&C, Life & Health Licensed - Summary
- Serve as a key advisor to clients, delivering insurance solutions and exceptional service in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize your Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses to address a wide range of client insurance needs.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team in a full-time capacity.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up and proactive service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and effectively close sales to meet agency goals.
- Develop and maintain ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s reach.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, committing fully to daily success and continuous improvement.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management to track progress and performance.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education opportunities.
