Bilingual Insurance Agent (Mandarin/English), P&C Licensed - Summary- Full-time, remote position focused on providing insurance services to Mandarin and English-speaking clients.
- Leverage State Farm experience and active Property and Casualty license to grow the business and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Develop and nurture new business leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Schedule appointments and conduct comprehensive needs assessments with customers in both Mandarin and English.
- Market a variety of insurance products and services tailored to customer needs.

- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, coverage options, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
