Candidates must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to employment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas will be regarded favorably. Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask and relate effectively to customers.
