Bilingual Insurance Account Representative (P&C, Life and Health Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time, in-office position serving a diverse client base in Dallas, TX
- Represent a State Farm Agent’s office with a focus on both new business development and servicing existing accounts
- Deliver insurance solutions to Spanish- and English-speaking clients

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about coverages, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing
- Guide clients through insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Create insurance quotes, present policy information, and close new sales
- Participate in networking activities to expand the agency’s client base
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals
- Remain current with product changes, licensing, and technical developments through ongoing education
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
