Bilingual Insurance Account Representative (P&C Licensed) – Spanish SummaryAs a Bilingual Insurance Account Representative (P&C Licensed) – Spanish, your primary focus will be on developing client relationships, providing insurance quotes, and supporting clients with their insurance needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English will enable you to serve a diverse client base and provide culturally sensitive support. This role requires a current Property & Casualty license or Life, Accident, and Sickness license, and offers a mix of customer service and sales responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop accurate insurance quotes for prospective and existing clients.
- Present insurance solutions and close sales to meet agency targets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-up and communication.
- Build ongoing networking relationships within the community to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Identify and develop new financial services opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
