Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage with clients through value-based conversations, identifying their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions across various product lines, including Life, Health, Commercial, and multiline options.
- Conduct proactive outreach to existing policyholders to uncover coverage gaps and recommend additional protection, building comprehensive insurance portfolios for long-term clients.
- Deliver educational insights on insurance options and products in a clear, accessible manner, ensuring customers understand their coverage and feel empowered in their decisions.
- Adopt a customer-focused approach in every interaction, using a prompt, friendly, and needs-based review process to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic by consistently striving for excellence and upholding a commitment to achieving both individual and team goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- Ability to obtain Resident Property & Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Resident Life and Health license
- Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
