Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options in both Spanish and English.
- Identify gaps in current coverage and recommend appropriate solutions across Life, Health, Commercial, and multiline insurance products.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to ensure optimal protection for each client.
- Consistently document client interactions and provide thorough activity reports to management.

- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments through continuing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Ability to obtain Resident Property & Casualty license.
- Ability to obtain Resident Life and Health license.
- Must be able to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
