Bilingual Insurance Account Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary contact for Spanish and English-speaking clients, handling inquiries and policy updates.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to identify and address insurance coverage gaps.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively reach out to clients to review policies and offer additional insurance solutions across Auto, Fire, Life, Health, and Commercial lines.
- Quote and process applications for new and existing clients, aiming for monthly sales targets in various insurance categories.
- Identify and address coverage gaps by reviewing household-level needs and conducting regular policy assessments.
- Collaborate with team members on prospecting and responding to inbound inquiries from various marketing sources.
- Track and monitor retention metrics, intervening early to prevent policy lapses or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and complete all follow-ups, tasks, and action items efficiently.
- Uphold compliance with internal processes, workflows, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
- Resident Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain).
- Eligibility to obtain resident and non-resident licenses as required for multiple states.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
