Bilingual Insurance Account Representative - Summary
- Full-time client-facing insurance sales and service role, supporting Spanish and English-speaking policyholders

Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively contact current policyholders to assess coverage needs and close protection gaps across Auto, Fire, Life, Health, and Commercial insurance products
- Quote a high volume of households each month, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions
- Conduct in-depth household-level reviews to identify opportunities for cross-selling and multi-line coverage
- Monitor retention metrics, intervene on at-risk policies, and re-engage clients to prevent lapses or cancellations
- Respond to customer and team inquiries promptly and resolve issues within 60 minutes when possible
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and adhere to compliance and workflow standards
- Collaborate with marketing to prospect new leads and follow up with your sales pipeline
- Partner with the service team to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience for all policyholders
- Continuously develop sales and customer management skills through coaching, roleplay, and agency-sponsored training
- Model professionalism, empathy, and initiative to contribute positively to the agency’s culture

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
- Ability or willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multi-task in a team environment
- Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred; at least one year of relevant industry experience required for remote positions
- Able to travel to Atlanta, GA up to once per quarter
