Bilingual Insurance Account Representative - Summary
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service and support to insurance clients
- Support clients with policy management, renewals, and updates
- Deliver accurate information on insurance products and services to meet customer needs

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer insurance accounts, ensuring information is current and accurate
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and updates across various insurance products
- Proactively establish and nurture client relationships, providing prompt follow-ups as needed
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service at all times
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving daily and long-term success
- Stay current with product updates, industry changes, and ongoing technical developments
- Participate in continuing education and licensing requirements as needed

- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
