Bilingual Insurance Account Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct needs-based reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate policy options across Life, Health, Commercial, and multiline products.
- Proactively reach out to current clients, deepening engagement and converting single-policy relationships into comprehensive portfolios.
- Educate clients on insurance options using clear, accessible language.
- Maintain accurate records, document interactions, and follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to celebrate successes and support agency-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Resident Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
- Resident Life and Health license (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to secure additional state licenses as required.
