Bilingual Insurance Account Representative (French/English) – Full-time Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Bilingual Insurance Account Representative (French/English) for a full-time position at Christian Durand - State Farm Agency in Gaithersburg, MD. Key Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments to engage potential and existing customers in value-based conversations.
- Identify customer needs through consultative discussions and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
- Market a range of insurance offerings, including property, casualty, life, and health products.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by providing consistent, proactive follow-ups and support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, policies, and transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Fluency in both French and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relate effectively with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred but not required.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred; candidates must be willing and able to obtain these licenses as a condition of employment.
