Responsibilities- Develop leads and proactively schedule appointments with potential and current customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-up and outstanding service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service in both Spanish and English, enhancing the customer experience for our diverse client base in Knoxville, TN.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
- Strong track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and relate effectively to customers.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
