Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Utilize bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- Support agency growth through customer service excellence and proactive outreach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing insurance clients by providing personalized service and expert guidance.
- Assess customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, health, and other policies.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and proactively pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s client base.
- Assist clients with policy questions, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, maintaining a high standard of client care at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive, high-achieving work environment.
