Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish and English-speaking clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain industry knowledge and licensing requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to introduce potential clients to the agency's insurance offerings.
- Identify and assess customer needs, presenting and marketing appropriate insurance products and services tailored to individual requirements.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, providing timely follow-up and support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, handling inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Assist with claim submissions and provide guidance on claim processes to clients.
- Meet or exceed agency sales goals and quotas through effective prospecting and relationship management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Centennial, CO.
- Insurance sales experience preferred; property & casualty and life & health licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated success in sales or customer service roles (inside or outside sales, retail, telemarketing, etc.) preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Must be able to obtain required property & casualty and life & health insurance licenses.
