Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary
As a Bilingual Insurance Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients, ensuring their insurance questions are answered and their needs are met efficiently. Your role will involve guiding clients through the insurance process, supporting agency sales goals, and building long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction and retention. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships, providing proactive follow-up and support as needed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused review process to educate clients on insurance products and options.
- Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close new business in alignment with agency targets.
- Engage in networking to develop relationships that build the agency’s reputation within the community.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to agency success and personal growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written, verbal, and listening skills required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach.
- Insurance sales experience and Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred, but not required at time of application.
- Sales background in outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing roles is highly valued.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to relate effectively and empathetically to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses prior to start date (training and reimbursement provided).
