Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary- Engage clients in both Spanish and English to assess their insurance needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, ensuring a positive and productive customer experience
- Support the agency’s growth through proactive outreach and effective relationship management
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and professional skills
- Develop and nurture leads to expand the agency’s client base
- Schedule and conduct appointments to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to overall agency performance

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)

- Sales experience (e.g., insurance sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or related fields) preferred

- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Insurance sales and related licenses preferred but not required — training provided
