Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized service in both Spanish and English.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients through lead generation, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies.
- Schedule and hold appointments with clients to discuss their insurance options and provide detailed product information.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, changes, claims, and billing.
- Assist with policy renewals, updates, and cross-selling of additional products to meet evolving client needs.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and agency requirements at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Previous insurance sales experience and active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred, but not mandatory. Willingness to obtain necessary licenses is required.
- Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or retail is advantageous.
- Demonstrated record of achieving sales goals or quotas is preferred.
