Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Engage in value-based conversations with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to ensure exceptional service and communication.
- Focus on both business development and customer retention to drive agency growth.
- Receive training and support to develop insurance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate leads, schedule and conduct appointments, and develop tailored insurance solutions for clients.
- Establish and maintain lasting client relationships, providing follow-up and support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in areas such as policy changes, claims, billing, and eligibility inquiries.
- Respond to client questions regarding insurance availability and coverage options.
- Assist with claim submissions, policy transfers, and other service-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Ability to work in-office and maintain reliable transportation.
- Insurance sales experience preferred; Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are a plus—must be able to obtain required licenses if not currently held.
- Proven sales experience, whether in outside/inside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and relate effectively to customers.
