Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services based on client requirements
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate consistent commitment to daily success

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Insurance sales experience preferred (Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are advantageous)
- Sales experience in related fields (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is a plus
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas is desirable
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses if not already held
