Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Facilitates client engagement and provides insurance solutions to a diverse customer base.
- Acts as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Supports agency growth by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Works closely with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads through proactive outreach and scheduled appointments.
- Identify client insurance needs and offer suitable products and services.
- Establish and maintain ongoing client relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to support agency objectives and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
- Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain).
- Life & Health license required (or ability to obtain).
- Prior insurance sales experience or relevant sales background preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and relate effectively to clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
