Bilingual Insurance Account Manager Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Account Manager (Spanish/English) to join our team in San Jose, CA. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships in the insurance sector. As a Bilingual Insurance Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through insurance products and services, ensuring their needs are met, and supporting their financial well-being. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads, schedule client appointments, and assess customer insurance needs.
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services tailored to client profiles.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the growth of the agency by engaging in value-based conversations and delivering a remarkable customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Insurance sales experience, including familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance, is preferred but not required.
- Sales experience in environments such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively relate to a diverse range of customers.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health insurance license.
