Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads and proactively schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to identify their insurance needs.
- Engage in value-based conversations to market and explain appropriate insurance products and services to customers.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions.
- Assist clients with billing clarification and address any concerns or questions in a professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Sales experience—whether in inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing—is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers of various backgrounds.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
