Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain value-based conversations with new and existing clients to generate interest in State Farm products and services.
- Contact previous customers to re-engage their interest in returning to State Farm for their insurance needs.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through attentive follow-ups and consistent communication, both over the phone and via text.
- Participate in local community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and attract new business opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Maintain organized records and utilize CRM software and office tools such as Word and Excel to manage client information and administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is essential, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to engage with clients professionally and clearly.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and build rapport, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software to streamline workflow and maintain accurate records.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required, or the ability to obtain one as part of the employment process.
